Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured leadership development curriculum combining classroom learning, on-the-job training, and project-based assignments.

• Rotate across key hospital functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations.

• Support strategic initiatives and operational improvement projects under the guidance of senior leaders.

• Analyze operational and business challenges and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MARS) with Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) background.

• Minimum 3 years of professional clinical experience.

• Willing to be assigned across BMHS hospitals throughout Indonesia.

• Strong interest in healthcare management and hospital leadership.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, resilience, and a continuous learning mindset.

• Previous involvement in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, accreditation, or leadership activities will be considered a plus.
