Job Responsibilities:
Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university.
Min. 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract management, and procurement best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective vendor partnerships.
Experience in the property, retail, hospitality, or building management industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems, with strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a high level of integrity and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Willing to be placed at Treasury Tower - HQ (SCBD - District 8).
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality procurement of goods and services.
Supervise the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, purchasing, and contract execution.
Build, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors while monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve optimal value and cost efficiency.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical procurement standards.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, budget monitoring, and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs and perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.
