We are hiring for Cutting & Printing Supervisor!
Responsible for ensuring the printing process through filter removal runs according to quality standards, time efficiency, and production targets through team management, machine supervision, and cross-departmental coordination.
What we're looking for:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a printing or production environment.
Strong administrative capability.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and reporting processes
Able to manage documentation and system-based workflows
Education: Minimum high school in Graphic Engineering (SMA/SMK Grafika) or equivalent.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of printing techniques (offset, digital) through filter removal.
Experience within printing operations environment.
Print machine operation and troubleshooting.
Production workflow and quality standards.
Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience managing production teams.
