The Head of Region Sales & Promotion position is responsible for creating a comprehensive work program that aligns with the company's targets, developing effective sales systems to boost market productivity, and driving continuous improvement. Job Requirements:
Minimum education of a bachelor's degree in any field
Have experience in the same position or at least as an Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager in an FMCG company for at least 2 years
Willing to go through the selection process virtually and travel for work out of town
Have strong leadership skills, high responsibility, analytical, creative, disciplined, honest, and enjoy challenges
Have a driving license category A and know the Medan area and surroundings well
Willing to be placed in Medan
