Responsibilities:
- Customer experience optimization: Focus on customer needs, starting from both hardware (facilities, equipment) and software (service attitude, service professionalism, service process), lead the team to provide high-quality service experience, including the use guidance of amusement facilities, customer consultation and complaint handling, etc.
- Service quality monitoring: Conduct daily inspections.
- Customer Service Complaint Handling: Lead the team to handle on-site customer complaints.
- Lead by example: Ensure that you provide courteous, efficient, helpful and engaging service to customers to reinforce brand perception.
- Ensure that the standards and procedures for ensuring quality are adhered to. The venue should be inspected at regular intervals every day. The work includes observing the safety and presentation quality of facilities and equipment, observing the operation and interaction status of staff, observing the conversation and status of customers, and communicating with customers frequently.
Requirements:
- Have experience in Arcade/Playground/Game Center.
- Minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 5–8 people.
- Willing to be assigned outside the home domicile.
- Able to communicate in basic English.
- Basic computer operation skills required.
- Has the ability to provide training and coaching for employees.
- Able to carry out each store operation assignment.
- Able to maintain store inventory.
