What We're Looking For

  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact center operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
