About the Role
Join our dynamic printing team and take the lead in delivering high-quality offset print results! We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Printing Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and possesses deep technical expertise in managing Heidelberg and similar offset printing presses.
What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the printing production team to achieve and exceed daily targets.
Operations & Quality Control: Oversee end-to-end offset printing operations, ensuring top-notch color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
Machine Troubleshooting: Actively troubleshoot, fine-tune, and solve technical issues on Heidelberg (and similar) offset machines to minimize downtime.
Workflow Optimization: Coordinate production schedules, manage material waste, and maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.
Maintenance & Safety: Ensure all printing machinery undergoes proper preventive maintenance and that the floor strictly meets safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Supervisor, specifically in offset printing production.
Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of Heidelberg and other heavy-duty offset printing machines & processes.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and real-time problem-solving skills on the production floor.
Traits: Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and highly driven by production deadlines.
Location: Willing to be placed and work full-time in Jembrana, Bali.
