Title: Multi-Skilled Technician
Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of
maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a
safe, functional, and efficient workplace. This role requires a hands-on
professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general
building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in office events and AV set up
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
and mechanical systems conducted by vendors.
Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely
manner.
Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and
addressing potential issues.
Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture
moves, minor
construction). Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and
energy efficiency tools.
Support in Coordination with external vendors and contractors for specialized
repairs or services.
Support in Coordination with Building Management for any concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
Conduct regular Inspection in all office equipment and furniture
Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures.
