BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Location: Pasay City, Onsite | Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Salary: USD 1,360 - 1,900/month + performance bonus + commission
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year in partner/agent recruitment, account management, or affiliate management for digital platforms, online entertainment, or e-sports
Skills: Proven promotional methods and techniques for partner acquisition and retention
Advantage: Candidates with existing partner/client networks, personal promotion experience, and knowledge of digital marketing channels
Other: Basic Photoshop skills, excellent communication skills, high EQ, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and maintain partners/agents for the company's digital platform and products
Plan and execute online and offline promotional activities based on partner needs
Source partners through digital advertising, content marketing, social media groups, forums, and community engagement
Identify and convert influencers, KOLs, and content creators into business partners
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to enhance trust and long-term collaboration
Drive partner referrals through personal networks and existing partner base
