BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Location: Pasay City, Onsite | Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Salary: ?220,000 - ?250,000/month + benefits
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management. Prior experience in iGaming, online entertainment, or digital platforms operations is a strong advantage
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. High EQ and strong work ethic
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin - written & verbal. Required for client negotiations and contracts
Other: Willing to travel internationally. Experience leading or managing a team is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the company's business development, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve commercial goals
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients and partners
Lead business negotiations and contract discussions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
Analyze cooperation results and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
