Production Planning & Inventory Control Senior Staff

PT Nexteer Automotive Indonesia is currently hiring for an Production Planning & Inventory Control Senior Staff who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control production planning and scheduling based on forecasts, and production capacity.

• Control the availability of Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods to meet production needs.

• Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking and stock shortage.

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production regarding changes in demand and production priorities.

• Analyze production and inventory data to improve efficiency and planning accuracy.

• Manage inbound and outbound shipping activities effectively and on time.

• Control logistics costs and evaluate shipping vendors.

• Ensure complete shipping documents and regulatory compliance.

• Optimize routes, shipping methods, and product distribution schedules.

• Manage raw material and finished goods warehouse operations.

• Ensure the implementation of FIFO, storage systems, and efficient warehouse layout.

• Control inventory accuracy through periodic stocktaking.

• Ensure the security, cleanliness, and orderliness of the warehouse area.

Qualifications

• S1/D3 in Industrial Engineering/Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) in a manufacturing company. Experience working in the tier-1 supplier automotive company is a plus.

• Well understanding of PPIC, inventory management and Logistic.

• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/QAD or similar).

• Skilled in data processing applications (Advanced MS Excel).

• Able to work across departments and under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Meticulous, target-oriented and have integrity.

• Willing to work with tight targets and deadlines.

• Able to communicate in English is a must.

• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (domiciled in Cikarang area is preferred).
