Responsibilities :
- Recruit & onboard KOL/affiliates (TikTok/IG/Marketplace affiliates): sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding flow.
- Build & maintain relationships with creators to keep them active, loyal, and growing (chat/group management, follow-ups, support).
- Activate and push performance: set targets, drive posting/live cadence, and create weekly activations (product focus, challenges, gamification, leaderboards).
- Campaign management: plan monthly/seasonal campaigns (back-to-school, payday, year-end) including offers, incentives, and creator briefing packs.
- Briefing & coordination: provide clear creative direction (hooks, angles, do/don’t), product knowledge, and promo mechanics.
- Affiliate performance monitoring: track GMV, orders, conversion, CTR, content volume, and tier movement; identify underperformers and do re-activation plans.
- Incentive & retention program: design tiering (Bronze/Silver/Gold), bonus structure, product seeding, voucher strategy, and non-monetary rewards.
- Creator ops: manage product seeding process, sample inventory request, delivery coordination, and tracking.
- Reporting & insights: weekly reporting on growth, top creators, winning content patterns, and next action plan.
- Cross-team collaboration with e-commerce & marketing to align stock availability, promo calendar, landing pages, and pricing.
Job Requirements :
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or e-commerce marketing (fresh grad can be considered if strong internship + portfolio).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (able to handle many creators at once).
- Experience managing creator communities (WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord groups) and running engagement programs.
- Has an existing network of micro-KOLs/affiliates in lifestyle, stationery, campus, or office productivity niches.
- Familiar with TikTok & Shopee ecosystem: affiliate program basics, creator behavior, trends, and what makes content convert.
- Comfortable working with targets (GMV/orders), and able to push performance while keeping relationships warm.
- Organized and detail-oriented (tracking, follow-ups, sample shipments, campaign timeline).
- Able to analyze performance using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and turn data into action.
