Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a variety of factory-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving
- Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives
- Provide regular progress updates and report on key performance indicators to management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the factory operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Proficient in Japanese & English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
