Junior UI designer (Marketing team)

We're looking for a creative junior UI Designer to support TechMagic's marketing team. You'll design and continuously improve digital assets and web interfaces, working closely with CMS-based publishing workflows. AI tools are a key part of your toolkit — we want someone who uses them to move faster and think bigger.AI-first mindset required. We expect you to actively use AI design and ideation tools to accelerate your work and expand your creative output — from generating concepts to optimising existing designs.The idea is to get rid of routine tasks and give you an opportunity to focus of creative side of the job!ResponsibilitiesCreate and refine UI designs for marketing pages and digital campaignsOptimise existing designs with a focus on usability and visual consistencyCollaborate with content and dev teams within CMS-based workflowsUnderstand CMS constraints and design with them in mind from the startUse AI tools for concept generation, image editing, and design iterationMaintain and evolve the team's visual style guidelinesWhat we're looking forSolid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, hierarchyUnderstanding of how CMS platforms work and how they affect design decisionsProficiency in Figma or similar toolsExperience using AI tools in the design process (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)Attention to detail and a good eye for brand consistencyPortfolio showing marketing or web design work is a strong plusRecruiter - Halyna Vorona
