Job Summary

Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for technology and a drive to kickstart a career in SaaS sales? This company is a well-established leader in outsourced sales services with 15 years of proven success. We are looking for two highly motivated, French-speaking SDRs to join our team and act as the engine for our clients' growth. You will leverage world-class sales methodologies and a mature infrastructure to identify, engage, and qualify high-value opportunities within the French market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, averaging 50 calls per day to prospects.
  • Identify and qualify at least 10 high-quality sales opportunities per month.
  • Manage and track all lead activity and pipeline data accurately within Salesforce.
  • Master the company’s internal sales methodology to deliver professional and persuasive cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimize scripts and outreach strategies for the French market.

Requirements

  • French Speaker (Native or Fluent) is non-negotiable.
  • Experience or a strong interest in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • Must be coachable, curious, and determined to exceed targets.
  • An affable personality with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on high-activity performance.
