  • Manage Business Development (driving topline growth, market analysis & insights, new business development)

  • Manage Trade Marketing (trade marketing strategy development & execution, budget management, collaboration with Marketing & Sales teams)

  • Manage Channel Execution & Visual Merchandising (In Store Excellence, POSM Development & Deployment, Planogram Development & Implementation)

Requirements:

  • S1 in Engineering / Business Management

  • Min. 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development and proven Sales experience in FMCG companies

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Pivot Chart) and Power BI

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Data driven and good analytical skills
