Responsibilities:
Manage Business Development (driving topline growth, market analysis & insights, new business development)
Manage Trade Marketing (trade marketing strategy development & execution, budget management, collaboration with Marketing & Sales teams)
Manage Channel Execution & Visual Merchandising (In Store Excellence, POSM Development & Deployment, Planogram Development & Implementation)
Requirements:
S1 in Engineering / Business Management
Min. 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development and proven Sales experience in FMCG companies
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Pivot Chart) and Power BI
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Data driven and good analytical skills
