Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resource Development.
- Experienced in managing the end-to-end training process, from planning to evaluation.
- Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Experienced in developing and creating training modules and learning materials.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) to create engaging training materials.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about people development.
