IT Operations intern (6 months)

Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. Our team helps Sea develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.

• Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT projects of low to moderate complexity. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, commercial teams to gather project requirements and establish project objectives. 
• Track project progress, identify issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders. 
• Support resource allocation and risk management activities. 
• Participate in regular project meetings as needed. 
• Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, commercial proposal, status report, handover report, etc. 
 

Majoring in Network & System Engineering or Software Development. Possessing basic knowledge of networking systems and has experience with Python.
