Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research on current food & beverage trends and performed competitor analysis

  2. Develop existing product and create new product based on customer demands

  3. Carried out trials, prototype development, and COGS calculation

  4. Prepare report, documentation, and presentation related to product trials and project progress

  5. Analyze product quality and sensory properties

  6. Ensure product quality aligns with HALAL and BPOM regulations

  7. Develop SOPs and deliver operational training across multiple franchise outlets


Qualifications:

  1. D3/S1 in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field

  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Food and Beverage R&D

  3. Expertise in Food Manufacturing and Restaurant Chains

  4. Creative, innovative, strong analytical and project management skills
