Job Description :
Develop new business opportunities in Food & Beverage manufacturing industries for specialty chemical solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners across F&B industry.
Lead high-value tenders and negotiate contracts to secure win-win outcomes.
Drive sales growth through technical and consultative B2B selling approaches.
Manage key accounts, negotiations, and long-term customer partnerships.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in specialty chemical or technical B2B sales environment.
Proven experience in handling B2B customerts within Food & Beverage manufacturing industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, consultative selling, and key account management skills with good English proficiency.
Experience in specialty chemical and solution-based B2B approach will be and advantage.
