English Teaching Positions – Primary & Cambridge Curriculum
Our growing Kinderfield Highfield School Duren Sawit is looking for passionate, reflective, and dedicated educators to join our English Department for the upcoming academic year. We are seeking teachers who are not only committed to academic excellence but also enthusiastic about growing professionally and contributing meaningfully to a vibrant school community.

1️⃣ Primary English Teacher
Role Overview: You will guide students in developing foundational language skills, creativity, and a love for reading and communication while preparing them for academic success.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in English, English Education, Literature, or a relevant background.
Is fluent in English (both written and spoken), as it is our primary medium of instruction.
Is passionate about teaching and working with primary-aged learners.
Is creative, innovative, and adaptive to modern teaching methodologies suitable for children.
Is tech-savvy and familiar with digital learning tools.
Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills (especially within a collaborative team environment).
2️⃣ English Teacher (Grade 7 & 8 – Cambridge Lower Secondary)
Role Overview:
You will support students in building strong foundational skills in reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary following the Cambridge Checkpoint framework.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, English Education, or related field.
Is familiar with Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum (preferred).
Understands adolescent literacy development and differentiated instruction.
Enjoys working closely with middle school learners.

· Strong collaboration skills and active participation in school committees and professional development programs.
· Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
· Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
