Placement: Cikarang, Bekasi
Electrical Maintenance Engineer ensures safe, stable, and efficient electrical operations, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement in power systems and equipment reliability.
· Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.
· Prepare MOP, SOP, PTW, LOTO, and safety standards.
· Diagnose faults in panels, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
· Ensure proper load balancing, grounding, and protection coordination
· Verify electrical safety devices (MCB, MCCB, ACB, relays) function correctly.
· Track equipment health using thermography, vibration, insulation resistance, and power quality analysis.
· Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR through reliability engineering practices.
· Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations (IEC, IEEE, local standards).
· Enforce LOTO, PTW, arc-flash safety, and electrical isolation procedures
· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
· Maintain accurate records: SLDs, maintenance logs, test reports, and equipment history
· Prepare maintenance reports for preventive/ corrective/ unplan maintenance, downtime, root cause analysis, and improvement actions
· Work with operations, mechanical teams and other parties.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Data Center, Electrical Systems, or Facilities Management are preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, critical facilities, power systems, or Data Center operations.
Experience in Data Centers, Hospitals, Semiconductor Plants, Manufacturing Facilities, or other Mission-Critical Environments is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with electrical distribution systems and backup power infrastructure.
