We're Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Senior Role.
SATU Dental is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Head of FP&A to be a strategic partner to our CFO and management as we move into our next growth stage.
What you'll do:
? Monitor corporate financials and business performance, reporting to management and the board
? Support business heads in tracking financial metrics and identifying key growth levers
? Lead and develop the FP&A team
? Act as a key communicator internally, with some exposure to investor relations
What we're looking for:
- Strong financial analysis and business acumen
- Prior experience engaging with investors — comfortable with how they think, even if not an expert
- Solid leadership skills to manage and grow an analyst team
- Startup experience is a plus, ideally scaling a company into a more mature stage
- Clear, structured communicator who can translate financial data for various stakeholders
