As the Store Operation Manager in one of our Surabaya store, you will be the driving force behind our store’s physical environment and daily execution. Your mission is to mobilize the store team to guarantee the highest standards of safety, build an efficient and organized retail floor, and pave the way for sustainable business growth through operational excellence
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1) of any major
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Passionate in Sport
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a retail managerial level (e.g., Department Manager, Customer Service Manager, or an equivalent operations-focused leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment).
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Strong capability in standardizing floor processes (supply flow, merchandising routines, truck-to-peg execution) and managing store operating budgets/investments to maximize conversion rates.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Deep knowledge of inventory control methods, automated replenishment systems, and designing anti-shrinkage action plans.
- Facilities Maintenance: Competency in managing preventive and corrective maintenance contracts while ensuring strict compliance with local safety and verification standards.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong functional management routines with a focus on problem-solving, goal setting, and fostering a cooperative team culture.
- Communication & Learning: Persuasive communication skills with a passion for knowledge transmission and a mindset geared toward continuous learning and adaptability.
Job Description:
- Safety & Security Management: Lead risk assessments, build and execute emergency action plans (including evacuation drills), and ensure 100% of the team is thoroughly trained in country safety standards to maintain a secure environment for both customers and teammates.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize daily in-store processes (such as product layout movements and truck-to-shelf flows) to drive efficiency, maximize customer conversion rates, and manage operational costs effectively.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Train team members on inventory procedures and automated replenishment systems, implement rigorous stock controls, and build robust anti-shrinkage action plans to maximize product availability for seamless omnichannel shopping.
- Environmental Sustainability: Actively implement sustainable development action plans, manage the environmental footprint of external service providers, and champion eco-mobility initiatives within the store ecosystem.
- Store Maintenance & Compliance: Oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance contracts, verify compliance with regional safety/facility standards, and maintain clear traceability of all maintenance operations.
