Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned role, you will:
Support Steel Melting Shop operations involving Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Furnace (LF), and Continuous Casting processes.
Analyze production and operational data to improve process performance and product quality.
Prepare technical reports, production plans, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor process parameters, raw materials, and casting activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for junior-level positions); relevant experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Good understanding of Steel Melting Shop processes, including EAF, LF, and Continuous Casting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems or Power BI is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, and in shifts where required.
