Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager – Site Expansion to drive business growth and expansion initiatives within the F&B industry. This role is responsible for identifying high-potential locations, developing expansion strategies, conducting market feasibility studies, and managing the end-to-end process of new outlet development to support the company’s long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations for new outlet/store expansion.
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, traffic analysis, and demographic studies to assess business potential.
Develop and execute expansion strategies aligned with the company’s growth targets and market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property agents, mall management, and strategic business partners.
Lead negotiations for lease agreements, rental terms, and commercial contracts with property owners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and site approval processes.
Prepare feasibility studies, financial projections, ROI analysis, and business case presentations for proposed locations.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure expansion projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on expansion pipeline, project progress, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Site Expansion, or Property Acquisition, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of market analysis, site evaluation, and commercial property negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
