Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain high food quality and consistency.
Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor the kitchen team to maintain high performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of kitchen inventory and food cost control.
Capable of managing a fast-paced kitchen environment under pressure.
Willing to work flexible shifts in Badung, Bali.
