Job Description:
? Conduct requirements discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
? Document AS-IS processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend TO-BE improvements.
? Translate business requirements into:
- Functional requirements
- Non-functional requirements
- Use cases
- Process flows and documentation
? Maintain structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and requirement logs.
? Support the IT Project Intake (Ingest) process by ensuring submitted initiatives meet required documentation and governance standards.
? Review and validate project request forms, requirements documentation, and supporting materials submitted by requestors.
? Support preparation of documentation required for CAB (Change Approval Board) and ARB (Architecture Review Board) reviews. C. Delivery Support (Working with the Project Manager)
? Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with project scope and timelines.
? Support solution design discussions with application teams, vendors, and SMEs.
? Assist in solution feasibility assessments and requirements prioritization discussions.
? Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
