- Record daily employee attendance, including Time In and Time Out.
- Monitor and track tardiness, absences, and overtime.
- Maintain and regularly update timekeeping systems and logs.
- Prepare and submit accurate timekeeping reports on schedule.
- Coordinate with immediate heads and supervisors regarding attendance concerns.
- Address and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timekeeping procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate and validated attendance data.
- Monitor and identify cases of habitual tardiness and absenteeism.
- Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) for attendance-related violations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to timekeeping as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as required by the HR Department.
