We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Villa Maintenance Quality Control Manager (with MEP background) to oversee maintenance operations within residential villas. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage maintenance processes efficiently and within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all MEP maintenance activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on time and to high quality standards.
- Accompany technicians on-site to inspect and verify completed work.
- Maintain strict quality control across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
- Ensure all technicians are well-presented, professional, and client-ready.
- Serve as the main point of contact for villa owners and property management.
- Communicate technical findings clearly and professionally in English.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare clean, structured, and accurate inspection reports.
- Maintain accurate data within CMMS and modern business systems.
- Monitor KPIs, service timelines, and overall maintenance performance.
General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of MEP maintenance experience (villa/residential preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience supervising technicians and managing field teams.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in modern maintenance and business reporting systems.
