Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs with architectural and structural teams.
Conduct design reviews, constructability reviews, and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Supervise MEP installation works and monitor contractor workmanship to ensure quality and compliance.
Carry out site inspections, technical audits, testing, commissioning, and pre-handover inspections.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify technical issues, recommend engineering solutions, and support value engineering initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications of MEP materials and equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP Engineering, Construction Supervision, Engineering Consultancy, or Project Management.
Experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial building projects is preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (speaking & writing).

Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus (training will be provided).
