Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Support project implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
