Requirement:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
At least 5 years of experience in the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials or spare parts.
Understanding of procurement processes and cycles, with the ability to manage procurement operations effectively.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and learn quickly, with a strong initiative for continuous professional growth and improving work effectiveness.
Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and supplier negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement systems.
Placement: Bogor factory
Job Description:
Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging material and spate part to support production requirements.
Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery.
Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) using Procurement system.
Ensure timely availability of raw/packaging materials while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, and Finance regarding material requirements.
Follow up on delay orders that have been rescheduled.
Establish professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
