Job Description:
We are a growing pet product company in Indonesia, looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national sales team and distribution network.
You will be responsible for:
Managing national sales strategy and target achievement
Handling distributors, key accounts, and major petshop chains
Building and coaching Regional Sales Managers / Area Sales
Driving outlet penetration, effective calls, and monthly sell-out
Executing visibility programs (rack, gondola, banner, second display)
Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and stock movement
Coordinating with marketing for campaign execution and product launch
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Pet Industry (petfood / pet supplies / vet / animal nutrition)
Currently or previously worked as RSM / Senior ASM / NSM in pet sector
Strong understanding of: Petshop distribution channel, Breeder & vet market, SKU penetration & merchandising
Proven experience handling: PCG / CPP / Tiga Raksa / import brand environment*
Able to travel nationwide
Strong leadership & field execution mindset
