National Sales Manager Petfood / Pet

Job Description:

We are a growing pet product company in Indonesia, looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national sales team and distribution network.

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing national sales strategy and target achievement

2. Handling distributors, key accounts, and major petshop chains

3. Building and coaching Regional Sales Managers / Area Sales

4. Driving outlet penetration, effective calls, and monthly sell-out

5. Executing visibility programs (rack, gondola, banner, second display)

6. Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and stock movement

7. Coordinating with marketing for campaign execution and product launch

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Pet Industry (petfood / pet supplies / vet / animal nutrition)

2. Currently or previously worked as RSM / Senior ASM / NSM in pet sector

3. Strong understanding of: Petshop distribution channel, Breeder & vet market, SKU penetration & merchandising

4. Proven experience handling: PCG / CPP / Tiga Raksa / import brand environment*

5. Able to travel nationwide

6. Strong leadership & field execution mindset
