Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
- High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
