- Job Descriptions
- Prepare and implement lesson plans and learning activities aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Facilitate daily learning experiences through play-based and interactive teaching methods.
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Prepare student progress reports and communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and academic or non-academic activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support students' learning and well-being.
- Ensure the fulfillment of educational and developmental goals for each child.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Psychology, English Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood education.
- Active English communication skills (spoken and written) are preferred and will be a strong advantage.
- Pleasant and professional appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
