Export-Import Administrator

Responsible for managing and optimizing delivery logistics, ensuring accuracy of logistics documentation, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Compile carrier and route assignment

• Prepare Shipping Instructions accurately

• Track shipments and provide timely updates

• Check Harmonized System (HS) Codes if restricted or free

• Reporting all logistics activities to Logistics Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or relevant field

• Minimum 1 year' experience in relevant position (document filling) from logistics or forwarder company (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

• Have knowledge in Indonesian logistics regulations, documentation, and Harmonized System Codes

• Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)

• Attention to detail and good communication skill
