Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Strategic Alignment and Stakeholder Management-Including clinician: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's long-term business goals and stakeholder management including clinician.
• Branch Oversight & Support: Monitor branch performance daily. Guide Branch Managers to achieve their sales, profitability, and customer service targets.
• Market Insight and Funelling: Understanding market landscape, competition and behaviour in order to make right touching point and programs.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and optimize operational systems to maximize productivity while minimizing costs.
• Financial Management: Oversee regional and branch P&L, develop budgets, track financial forecasts, and manage resource allocations.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all branches remain legally compliant with industry standards and internal governance frameworks.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate branch efficiency and deliver data-driven insights.
Core Requirements
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience (typically 8-10+ years) in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior multi-site or regional leadership capacity.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and budget development.
• Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional people-management skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities and proficiency with data analytics and operational software.
• Commercial Mindset: Having customer centric attitude and selling mindset.
