As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy HR payroll to join our team and support our HR and Finance functions.
Qualifications
Proficient in English.
Willing to be relocated to Bali if currently residing outside the area.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role (consulting experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS administration, and payroll calculations.
Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
Close attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Experience working in a fast-paced or consultancy environment is a plus.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple clients
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Payroll – Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative processes for our clients, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and reporting
Managing employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records
Preparing payroll reports, payslips, and monthly summaries
Assisting clients with HR administration and compliance
Acting as a point of contact for HR/payroll-related client inquiries
Supporting HR documentation such as contracts, probation letters, and amendments
