Job Qualifications:

- Must have sales experience in the elevator industry (required)
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience in construction, elevators, or any related industry
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and coordinate project documentation
- Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
- Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients
- Conduct site inspections to understand client requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost proposals, and contract documents
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
- Coordinate project orders with factories and ensure timely processing
- Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding shop drawings, project progress, and installation requirements
- Monitor project quotations, sales orders, billing, collections, and overall project status
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely collection of client payments
- Arrange performance bonds and other project documentation when required
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management
- Perform other duties assigned by the company
