Job Description
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment communities.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruitment progress.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Support onboarding administration for new employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience working in a creative agency, digital agency, marketing agency, or fast-paced startup is highly preferred.
- Experienced in recruiting creative and digital positions such as Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Live Stream Host, KOL Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or Marketing roles.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Glints, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for e-commerce, TikTok Shop, social commerce, or digital marketing industries.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
