Job Description :
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing information and directing them to the appropriate destination.
Handle phone calls, screen calls, and forward messages. Receive and respond to incoming emails.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents.
Ensure the lobby, waiting area, and reception desk are always neat, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Follow safety procedures, monitor, and control guest access.
Perform clerical tasks such as copying, photocopying, and filing documents.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments or staff as needed.
Provide assistance such as providing and recording taxi vouchers to users according to procedures, and taking care of other details for user/guest convenience.
Qualification :
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities.
Preferrably has prior experience as a receptionist.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excels in letter or package distribution.
Excels in email correspondence.
Understands front office system.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Proficient in english. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
