Job Description
  • Create a Standard Procedure Manual (SPM) for ingredient preparation and SKUs at outlets, based on the results of R&D Brand Development trials.
  • Prepare production notes (SPM for Central Kitchen) for products produced in the Central Kitchen, based on the results of R&D Product Development team trials.
  • Draft a MEMO as a temporary procedure from R&D Brand Development and R&D Product Development.
  • Ensure every step and process in the SPM and production notes are accurate, and that the status of all related documents (SPM, production notes, open discussion results, outlet trials, BOM) are on track.
  • Prepare and conduct the socialization of the Outlet SPM and Central Kitchen Production Notes.
  • Prepare all requirements for the BOM check process between R&D and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other relevant divisions/departments to obtain approval for the SPM and ensure all SPMs are approved before being used by the Outlet team.
  • Manage all documents owned by the R&D team.
  • Add details of new raw material selections to the “Active SKU” document.
  • Coordinate with the Halal Supervisor regarding registration and updates of new ingredients to be included in the “Active SKU” list.
  • Update the “Active SKU” list with every new ingredient that has received approval from BPJPH.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology is preferable
  • No prior work experience needed, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Excel and photo editing
  • Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill
