Job Description:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and maintain the waiting list when necessary.
- Provide guests with menus and basic information about the restaurant.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- Female
- Minimum graduated from SMA/SMK, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Had experienced as Hostess or in other related field
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Execellent Service Knowledge
- Good Attitude and Communications skill
- Able to work individualiy and within a team
- Able to join immediately
