Job Description
Extract, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business needs.
Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
Develop and optimize machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
Conduct feature engineering and data modeling to improve model performance.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Validate data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the analytics process.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis.
Experience with Machine Learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar BI tools.
Familiar with Hadoop, Spark, or other Big Data technologies is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
