Product Operations Project Intern (Tiktok Local Services) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in developing and executing merchant operations and GTM support plans, focusing on SMB acquisition, merchant engagement, and order growth.
• Work with Product and regional BD teams to help map merchant operation workflows; assist with basic merchant segmentation and profiling, and support stage-based recruitment targets and plans.
• Pull, clean, and organize data using dashboards and analytical tools; monitor key metrics (e.g., recruitment progress, merchant activation, supply variety, order performance) and provide regular summaries and insights.
• Assist in market and competitor research, contributing to target breakdowns and iterative operational strategies to enrich marketplace supply and improve merchant engagement.
• Under guidance, build a foundational understanding of search and recommendation mechanisms; support execution and tracking of merchant merchandise incubation and supply optimization initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in progress; all majors welcome, with a plus for business/data/operations-related fields.
• Strong analytical basics (Excel; SQL/Python is a plus).
• Clear logic, strong ownership and execution; able to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional partners.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written communication and basic verbal coordination).

Preferred Qualification:

• Internship or project experience in internet platforms, merchant/product operations, growth operations, O2O/local services, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in local services/e-commerce ecosystems and merchant growth; proactive learner.
