Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
Manage end-to-end product development and product improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product specifications and regulatory submissions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation and regulatory compliance.
Prepare product analysis and reports in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in Product Development within the life insurance industry.
Experience in product design, market analysis, product documentation, and regulatory submissions.
AAMAI/AAJI certification (minimum Level 4) or equivalent life insurance certification is preferred.
