PRODUCT DESIGNER

We’re looking for a talented product designer to join our team

REQUIREMENTS :

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Fashion Design, work experience in footwear and accessories is a plus
• Have a passion in creative design, deep knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends
• Can make ideas or Concepts / Moodboard / Fashion Styling for Photoshoot
• Has an excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeals
• Can work with multitasking, communicative, and independent.
• Ability to work in a team, high initiate, proactive and work under pressure
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & other design tools
• Familiar with material selection & sourcing
• Pattern maker is a plus
• Enjoys challenges and is able to work with deadlines
• Able to start immediately
• Preferred will be placed at East Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Collaborated with the creative director to develop and creates new designs (esp shoes, bag other development apparel) and was also involved in the creative team and production team.
• Conducted market research to identify new trends (material fabrics, color, shape, techniques, and design inspiration)
• Developing and presenting concept story, mood board, and color chart, for the next collection
• Create a new design based on the brand’s market target while also considering the trends around.
• Creating a sample sheet and detailed descriptions; the material base, colors, and other details
• Responsible to make a technical drawing of the design approved.
• Work closely with the developer to make product development, prototype, and follow-up sample work.
• Overseeing the production timeline with the production team to match the target in terms of both time and quality.
• Managed the entire design process from conception through to the final product.
• Revising samples in order to produce the best prototype for large production in advance for sales
• Help to check and screen the product’s quality controls.
• Positive and professional attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Present ideas, suggest improvements to designs, etc
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations whenever necessary
